Micronutrient food VS Macronutrient food

I just found out all foods can be divided into two catagories:

Micronutrient food- Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, and Seeds

Macronutrient food- Everything else.

 

Now, think ahead to when you’re 80 years old. What would YOU rather build your foundation on?
