Give your lunches a colorful spin!



Recently I’ve gotten into making my meals/snack more colorful. By having a bit more fun in the kitchen, and adding extra fruits & veggies- my meals seem much more exciting to eat!
Rather then just eating some lettuce with dressing, I tossed in some tomatoes and cucumbers. To spice up a boring quesadilla, I added some colorful avocado slices and some cayenne pepper (which speeds up your metabolism by the way!)
Next time you’re putting together a delicious lunch, stop and think, “What can I put in this to make it more colorful?”
