Pre-prepare your healthy snacks: Baked sweet corn

Corn takes quite a while to bake. If you’re hungry and in a hurry, you’re more likely to grab something unhealthy because of your lack of time, such as icecream or a bag of chips.
By pre-preparing healthy snacks such as baked corn, you don’t have to wait so long when you’re hungry and in a hurry!

**Like my yellow nail polish?!? It matches the corn perfectly haha I didn’t even plan that!

When you’re ready to snack, simply bake a few pieces of corn at once, keep them in the fringe, and just reheat a piece in less then 3 minutes!

This will make you less tempted to get your hands on junk food.
