I just got home from teaching Sunday school at church, and then took my little yorkie Locket for a long walk!
Taking your dog for a long walk is a great way to fit in some extra exercise in your day.
We went about 2 miles around the lake by my house which she really enjoyed. That extra 2 miles put me in such a great mood!
Finishing our walk off with some healthy doggie cookies and a fresh fruit smoothie.
If you have a precious puppy of your own, use her as a fabulous excuse to get your butt off the computer and explore nature for a while.
