I was watching Mulan this morning while making my morning fruit smoothies, and I totally got inspired by this scene!
If Mulan can climb a pole with two huge penny looking weights, we can DEFINITELY push ourselves out of our comfort zones on the next few reps of push ups!
Getting out of your comfort zone is how you’ll start seeing changes in your body. Pushing yourself beyond what your body is used to, is how the tone and definition will begin to appear. If you never try anything new, and always stick to your same routines, chances are- your body will stay the same too.
