Still going strong on Jillian Michael’s Body Revolution!
I’ve missed about 6 days total (which is normal, sometimes life just gets in the way!) I’ll be making up for it at the end of 90 days by adding an additional week 🙂
When life throws challenges at you, don’t let them get you down. Learn from them, then do what you can to fix them and be better next time!
Anywho, I’ve got my hair in a braid, my bangs pulled back, a glass of water within finger’s reach and my hot pink sports bra ready to go!
For some reason, I was having a really hard time finding the motivation to workout today, so I decided to pre-make a mini-cauliflower crust pizza and take it out 2 minutes before it’s done!
That way, I’ll be excited to get through today’s workout video, and I’ll have a deliciously healthy post-workout snack waiting for me when I finish 🙂
