Locket and I are on the way back from a long run around the San Diego bay (such a relaxing way to exercise), and on the way home she decided she was a parrot. By the look of that tongue, it might be time for some all-natural doggie cookies when we get home!
I’m hungry too, I can already hear that summer sweet salad I made calling my name 🙂
It’s another beautiful day in Sunny San Diego and I just spent 2 hours of it with my wittle yorkie Locket!
I must have burnt like 938377383 calories running around with her my back yard.
We both agree the lake is looking extra pretty today.
Locket and I are going to finish off this beautiful day with the second half of this smoothie from this morning, and some all-natural doggie treats 🙂
OK CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I CAN GET A PAIR OF THESE LITTLE RUNNING SHOES FOR MY YORKIE LOCKET, BUT IN PINK?!?!!?
I might just die happy if 4 mini XXS pink running shoes showed up at my doorstep for Locket.
I love health & fitness almost as much as I love my yorkie… almost!
I just got home from teaching Sunday school at church, and then took my little yorkie Locket for a long walk!
Taking your dog for a long walk is a great way to fit in some extra exercise in your day.
We went about 2 miles around the lake by my house which she really enjoyed. That extra 2 miles put me in such a great mood!
Finishing our walk off with some healthy doggie cookies and a fresh fruit smoothie.
If you have a precious puppy of your own, use her as a fabulous excuse to get your butt off the computer and explore nature for a while.
Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!
I spy with my little eye, a cute wittle yorkie with her precious little eyes on my asparagus!
I guess Locket is taking after her mommy and starting to love veggies 🙂
